To be honest, I don't feel it this way. If the yellow bulb is too far away I simply skip it and wait for another occasion.Īlso, as this yellow things spawns in the same place for everybody I often meet other players go the same way so it's even safer. ![]() Personally I don't rush for yellow thing as first priority as I want to control the situation first, then when everything is under control I decide if it's ok to walk my way or not. Sometimes it's better to let somebody die and clear the room in that time than rush for revive and die instantly because crowd of mobs taken over the place and everybody stupidly focuses on revives. In most cases everybody revives as soon as they can. I don't blame people who don't revive, i don't blame focus mechanics for that at all. I really don't see this would fix the coop which really at the moment don't require people to communicate or do team play. It is limiting gameplay and is killing the coop and building(modding) gear part of this game. There is no "Oh I could play some other frame a bit" because then you won't be getting any focus. People stop reviving team mates because their boost is on, but what I find is the biggest problem is you are tied to a certain frame and equipment. It sucks, they need to revert to old system or just make it always on at reduced rate compared to affinity. It makes no logical since, it has nothing lore related, its just a stupid yellow ball you must pickup if you ever want to use focus system. Solo used to be possible in stealth taking about 20-30 minutes without a booster, then playing the game like "normal", but that's gone to. So convergence is the result of this stopping. Setting up a match in clan or recruit takes to long, I like to just join in pugs. I don't have enough time in day to max focus and do sorties. I also used to always revive, not now if I'm in my 45 second kill time. Now I'll leave a match if I see people joining that are clearly not ready for that content. They can leech affinity, I could focus farm. It creates a divide.īefore when focus was only based on your kills, I was happy to have noobs on my team. It's much more of a problem than just audio and visual. Let me stop there, i'll rage uncontrollably :) Focus lense collection idea was the worst and most annoying thing, ive seen in the game, it was suggested by some players on the Forums and had quite a number of votes, it supports anti-team play, everwhere, Draco when a friend has to rush to get a lense, Void Defense a friend rushes off the team to get a lense, Survival missions, players all over the rooms trying to get affinity, i have friends we play with this game, and Focus just made us hit a grind wall, (15 friends in general) we play the game for fun, but this things dont make sense at times! thats why any clever or MR 15-20 will install a lense on Excal and rush to Draco, and after that i can ignore the fous stuff later on in the other missions, its very annoying!! all my friends are unhappy with the game progress and almost all willing to quit, this month literally no one has gone online, all are MR (14-20), sorry for the long post :) ((anyways you can just ignore it, and choose not to level it)) but for me i bought Lenses with a lot of plat only to hit another grind wall. ![]()
